What are you going to do?

You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment at a leading global technology and transpostation company.

Occupy a unique position in the market by driving technology and business processes for the People Team providing tools and analysis to support various groups of the company HR.

• Product support - you will help to field a high-volume and variety of requests from the business to ensure they’re resolved quickly and accurately.

• Technology and process consulting - as a technology expert you will not only advise the business on which tools/configurations fit their needs but you can consult on the best process that compliments your solutions. As an expert you will very clearly understand the downstream impacts of potential solutions and advise the business accordingly.

• Sophisticated reporting and analysis - you’ll build reports directly in Workday but you’ll also help develop complex datasets for the People Data Analytics team to power their work.

What will help you succeed

• 15+ years experience in Workday implementation/configuration support.

• Exceptional Workday skills and other systems experience. Systems work is second-nature to you and you’re looking to apply your skill in a complex environment.

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills.

• Team player - You thrive on collaboration and seek to find the best possible solution. You're willing to help out wherever needed.

• Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow through.
