The Systems Development Division focuses on technology development for multifunction radar systems, ground command and control systems, model-based system engineering, particularly in the areas of airborne/naval/surface-based radar, electronic warfare, government joint simulation environment test and evaluation. Within this role, we perform work at full system prototypes, technology component development, and advancing modeling and simulation capability through active customer collaboration. Particular development roles within the Systems Development Division include RF analog/digital systems and hardware, signal processing software development, as well as real-time embedded processor implementation.
Job Description:
  • Perform technical work within project teams, with mentorship from experienced staff
  • Collaborate with leading experts to solve problems in fields such as: signal processing, DEVOPS CI/CD software deployment, object tracking, optimization, control systems, sensor hardware and software development
  • Participate in all project phases:
  • Problem design
  • Solution discovery
  • Development of prototype algorithms and systems in software and/or hardware
  • Experimentation and data analysis
  • System implementation/integration for test and fielded systems

Requirements
  • Enrollment in a BS, MS or Ph.D degree program in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or related fields
  • Strong academic record and interest in research
  • Background/experience in one of the following areas: signal processing, computational hardware, RF hardware, software development, scientific computing skills (MATLAB, python)
