Systems Engineer (Analyst)

Who We Are:

Integration Analyst/Engineer

We are seeking a motivated, data-driven Integration Analyst/Engineer to join our technology team. They will plan, document, and troubleshoot integration between our technology systems.  They will work with the engineering team to understand and implement connections between systems including: warehouse and inventory management, ecommerce, order managed, finance and product lifecycle management.  They will work with cross-functional leaders, end-users and other vendor teams to help identify new projects, define requirements, and help translate that to the engineering team to bring these business tools to life.  They will document and define acceptance criteria.  They will build and assist the data team with reporting and analytics.  They will monitor and build alerting on exceptions and failures.  They will troubleshoot, recommend and assist with the implementation of improvements.

Responsibilities 

• Document and understand all system integrations
• Be the primary resource for tech and non-tech assistance with understanding all integrations
• Participate in the discovery, design and development of new integrations or changes to existing integrations
• Be the primary tech lead during user acceptance testing for integration changes
• Build reporting to monitor the speed and accuracy of all integrations from raw SQL data
• Develop alerting capabilities to proactively deal with failures
• Become a power user of our enterprise systems in order to evaluate and research integrations through those systems UIs
• Become familiar with all API integrations to the systems and be able to use those APIs (via an API UI) to troubleshoot, design fixes and test issues
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs to improve business tools, user experience, and efficiencies 
• Communicate any challenges, timeline changes, and other updates that may affect Ref teams 
• Collaborate directly with Operations, Finance and Engineering teams 

Requirements 

• 5+ years of experience in tech supporting logistics, operations or e-commerce 
• Previous experience with ERP, WMS, OMS, e-commerce integrations and technology infrastructures
• Very strong SQL skills
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Extensive experience evaluating and troubleshooting data integrations
• Familiarity with agile project management and JIRA, Atlassian’s issue and ticketing software (or similar)
• Distinctive problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills with a high aptitude for process thinking, execution and improving efficiencies
• Strong communication skills and detail oriented
• Experience Netsuite, Deposco, BigQuery, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar systems
• Experience with middleware
