About the Role:

As the Systems Transformation Analyst III you will support the Motive sales team by managing and administering the sales tech stack (Salesloft, Zoominfo, Sendoso, Sales Navigator, Leandata, etc). This role will help to maintain tool utilization, adherence, best practices, and reporting so that we can make informed and strategic decisions for the company. Success in this role will involve having a mixture of analytical thinking, creative flare and supporting/troubleshooting mindset.

What You'll Do:

Content

  • Work with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to coordinate Salesloft content for cadences
  • Submit request to legal and the content team to write, proofread, edit, all cadence material
  • Project Manage progress and status of all cadence collateral being created
  • Field issues, questions, or concerns that arise in the process
  • Build out cadences and templates for the sales team to use

Troubleshooting/Admin

  • Manage and perform system administrator functions for tools like Salesloft, Sendoso, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc
  • Field technical questions and be able to research issues when bugs occur
  • Submit and follow progress on tickets to Salesloft Technical Account Manager when large issues arise
  • Coordinate with ESYS Ops on changes or common situations occurring in the platforms
  • Monitor the utilizations of tools on a regular basis and take appropriate actions for low usage
  • Update team hierarchy
  • Work in Asana to manage ticket requests

Project Management

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and occasionally serve as a project leader ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders
  •  Set reasonable deadlines and follow through with them
  • Participate in building strategy for usage of various sales and CSM  tools based on different personas
  • Maintain internal backlog of feature requests, communicate status to end users, track and analyze issues for prioritization
  • Document business problems/needs, objectives, functional requirements and more to support system changes
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement team for any tools related changes and communications
  • Assist with reporting for MBRs/QBRs/Adhoc requests
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Understanding of Sales, SDR and CSM business processes
  • Salesloft or Outreach experience highly preferred
  • Other tools experience would be great - Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Sendoso, Leandata, etc.
  • Email marketing a plus
  • WIllingness to learn a new tool in the areas of Sales and Customer Success
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Willing to adapt to changes in priorities and understands urgency on requests
  • Bachelors degree is a must
