This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in the United States.
This role is central to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring process across all departments within a fast-growing, data-driven organization. You will act as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition function, coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining accurate data within the ATS. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple hiring processes moving simultaneously. You will also support sourcing efforts, candidate outreach, and early-stage screening to help build strong talent pipelines. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you will ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience at every step. This is a highly collaborative and fast-paced role where precision, communication, and ownership directly impact hiring success and business growth.
Accountabilities:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring candidate pipelines are accurately tracked and continuously updated in the ATS (Greenhouse).
- Schedule and organize interviews, debrief sessions, and reference checks while ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Support sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Gem, and other sourcing tools.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data, generate reports, and support weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI/OKR tracking and analysis.
- Post and manage job listings across internal career pages and external job boards, ensuring consistency and visibility.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize roles, coordinate hiring needs, and optimize recruiting workflows.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks or process inefficiencies and surface them for timely resolution.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely, clear, and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, or similar HR support roles.
- Strong experience working with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with recruiting metrics, spreadsheets, and performance data.
- Ability to source and evaluate resumes and identify strong candidate fits for specific roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Self-motivated with strong ownership, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
