What you can expect to do:

  • Jointly with the Talent Acquisition leadership team, develop, implement, and manage Talent Acquisition processes and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Design and implement processes and tools that will drive the effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Work cross-functionally on initiatives to implement process and technology standards to ensure highly accurate, compliant, and efficient hiring practices that will be continuously improved over time.
  • Build and update the Talent Acquisition knowledge base (processes, policies).
  • Assess training needs to train and guide the Talent Acquisition team as needed, to ensure TA practices are aligned to the G-P process, best practices, and recommendations.
  • Provide the Talent Acquisition leadership team with sound and effective advice on all TA issues (process, performance, systems) and implement action plans to mitigate such issues.
  • Deliver real-time analytics and accurate data, and generate insights about the effectiveness of the global TA function to key stakeholders (TA leaders, senior People & Business leaders).
  • Ensure systems and tools are up to date with accurate information (open requisition, pending approvals, Hiring Managers, etc) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Oversee selection, management, and creation of standard work of vendors, (KPI, SLA evaluation, systems updates, license management, etc) and TA systems.
  • Respond to any TA systems operational issues and support TA partners on issue resolution.
  • Support the TA team in any ad-hoc projects from an operational standpoint.
  • Partner with the Employer Branding team to ensure a consistent strategy globally through standard branding materials, tools, and communication channels.
  • Responsible for TA budget and control.

What we are looking for:

  • More than five years’ experience in Talent Acquisition operations/ HR Operations, TA in a high-growth company or for an RPO provider required.
  • Enjoy working with a high degree of autonomy in a remote-first environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to leverage data to tell a story and drive efficiency through process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Talent Acquisition process, requirements, restrictions and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools and systems, LinkedIn suite, GreenHouse, Cross Check, Background check vendors, database management, Google suite.
  • Strong decision-making andproblem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships.
  • High degree of confidentiality.
  • Be kind, adaptable, and intellectually curious.
  • Highly reliable and organized.
