Talent Acquisition Partner | NetSuite Practice (Contract-to-Hire)

Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, post requisitions to job boards and internal ATS (Greenhouse)
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Use innovative recruiting technologies, to source qualified professionals and passive job seekers.
- Interact with candidates through phone, email and via social media channels of outreach.
- Draft and send recruiting messages that maintain and protect MHI’s brand.
- Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive experience with those who interact with the Talent Acquisition department.
- Develop talent pipelines of highly desirable candidate profiles for future hiring needs.
- Review applications on LinkedIn and Indeed; Promptly and professionally disposition unqualified candidates that apply to openings.
- Work to maintain a positive candidate experienceÂ
- Consistently meet the performance metrics
- Drive Employee Referral Program in assigned region and solicit referrals from internal employees/recent hires.
- Query database for previously explored candidates to consider for viable positions.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Eagerness and desire for accelerated career growth
- Possession of strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone, writing and listening skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience within recruiting either in a corporate or agency settingÂ
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field a plus

Our Process:
Our interview process is efficient and provides you with an opportunity to showcase your strengths, current abilities and share your future career aspirations while learning whether Myers-Holum would be a good fit for you. You will be paired with a member of our recruiting team who will handle all of the logistics as well as provide thoughtful feedback after each touchpoint to ensure you are kept within the loop from start to finish. Our recruiting timeline can be flexible to align with your circumstances however we are motivated to make this position a main focus as our growth goals are aggressive. You can expect the following touchpoints when interviewing with MHI
30-minute call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers
60-minute video call with Director, Global Talent
Executive leadership review and decision making
As a contractor, a reasonable estimated hourly pay range for this position is $30-40 USD. Should this position become full time, total compensation for this role will include an estimated base salary of $65,000 - 83,000 annually plus a monthly incentive plan based on a certain percentage of the revenue your placements generate. This position and compensation range is for candidates who reside in the United States. Our compensation ranges and packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate. It is not a common practice or guaranteed for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and compensation decisions are determined using a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to; skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific location due to cost of living & labor considerations; All of which will be considered during the interview and offer process. Salary ranges and incentive plans will differ in other countries in which MHI pays local currency.
