As our Talent Acquisition Sourcer, Startup Talent you will play a critical role in partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to find extraordinary talent for roles at our growing, rapidly scaling organization.Â
You will provide sourcing support for our operating companies and help us achieve our mission of redesigning health. In addition to finding top talent, you will provide research and market intelligence regarding talent pools and will have the opportunity to impact our sourcing framework and strategies.
This role is 100% remote.
What you will do:- Own the sourcing function to identify, engage and screen potential candidates across multiple roles at Redesign Health's operating companies
- Use a variety of sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, boolean searches, and networking events to identify potential candidates
- Design, develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and keep abreast of market trends to apply creative approaches to sourcing to attract top talent
- Build relationships and create a pool of passive candidates to build a pipeline of talent across a variety of roles
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Research, analyze and compile data to support sourcing plans; measure progress and outcomes to understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies, drive improvements and modify approaches as needed
- You have 3+ years of experience successfully sourcing and hiring candidates in corporate and technical roles
- You have previous experience working in an early-stage or agency recruiting environmentÂ
- You are an expert with various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent
- You are highly organized, methodical and process-oriented
- You are results driven with a proven track record of success

Full-time base salary of $106,000 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section.
