Do you love finding and sourcing top talent? Diversified Communications (www.divcom.com) and its Boston-based division, Pri-Med (www.pri-med.com), are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our exciting, growing company! In this position, you'll play a crucial role working with the Human Resources Teams (both divisions) to source, attract and hire the best and the brightest employees for the organization. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and implement a variety of recruiting methods to build a diverse candidate pipeline and source passive and active candidates through career portals, job boards, social media platforms, networking events, campus recruiting efforts, and job fairs.
  • Work with management to determine skills, knowledge, abilities and characteristics for ideal job match.
  • Conduct preliminary applicant screening to gauge interest, qualifications and experience, enhancement to organizational culture, and compensation requirements.
  • Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and team members to assess most qualified candidates for job role
  • Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure equity in hiring practices
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires, including prompt and accurate completion of necessary paperwork and HCM processes
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
  • Provide training and advice for hiring managers and teams on the hiring process and effective interviewing techniques
  • Assist with periodic compensation analyses to ensure salary ranges are competitive
  • Report recruitment metrics regularly on all activity, such as candidate diversity, time to fill, and number of applicants and screened candidates


Qualifications for Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • 3+ years' experience working in talent acquisition, onboarding and retention processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
  • Strong sourcing, candidate analysis and behavioral interviewing skills required.
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
  • Must be able to come up to speed quickly on company culture, policies and procedures and employee benefits to best represent the company to potential candidates
  • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and LinkedIn Recruiter required. Experience with UKG Pro HCM a plus.
  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
