Talent Business Partner

StackAdapt is seeking a Talent Business Partner for a 6 month contract to support a high volume of hiring in H1 2025. In this role you will play a critical part in identifying attracting and hiring top talent across various departments. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers delivering high-quality candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This position requires a proactive organized and people-oriented professional who can manage the full-cycle recruitment process.

This position is open to candidates across all of North America.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through to offer acceptance.

• Source and engage high-caliber candidates through direct outreach applicant pools and referrals.

• Analyze data from ATS and resumes to identify challenges in the hiring process and find creative solutions to improve efficiency and throughput of the hiring process.

• Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process promoting a fair and unbiased evaluation of all candidates.

What you'll bring to the table

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition ideally in a high-growth company.

• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Lever) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.

• Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.Proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A people-oriented professional who is approachable empathetic and customer-service driven.
