Job Summary
This role is responsible for administration of the organization's learning and development (L&D) activities and training programs.
This position will work with the Talent Development Manager to ensure training and development initiatives are implemented. This role is responsible for instructional design, development, implementation, and maintenance of instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning solutions. This position will also support and maintain the content, asset, and other resources in pSemi's Learning Management System. The goal of this position is to help build the competency level of pSemi team members.
Roles & Responsibilities
This position has responsibility for:
- Partner with subject matter experts to create training materials for online and offline learning courses
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhance learning experience for knowledge retention and application
- Provide support and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Coordinate and manage training report content
- Provide LMS support for employees
- Facilitate in-person and online training
- Perform other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 - 5 years of experience in adult education theory, methodology, corporate training, leadership development, instructional design or facilitation
- Experience with content authoring software - Articulate, Captivate, Vyond, or Synthesia
- Experience working with LMS - SuccessFactors, LinkedIn or Workday
- Knowledge of content provider - LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Udemy, edX, or Besser Associates
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and MS Apps (Teams and Forms)
- Knowledge of assessment tools such as DISC, StrengthsFinder, or any 360 survey
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to build and manage relationship
- Ability to manage multiple projects, balance short- and long-term priorities using problem solving and management skills
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

$78,124.53 - $109,381.84 per year
