Talent & Learning Operations Specialist

As a Talent & Learning Operations Specialist reporting directly to the Vice President of Talent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of our organization by fostering a culture of learning and professional development. You will lead the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), collaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule and deliver high-impact training and implement talent development initiatives to empower our employees.

1. LMS Administration:

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ensure the LMS is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with the organization's learning goals.
• Monitor training progress, track completion rates, and generate insightful reports.

1. Training Coordination:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and team leaders to identify training needs and opportunities.
• Design and execute training schedules that accommodate various learning styles and preferences.
• Coordinate logistics, resources, and communications for training events.

1. Talent Development:

• Support the design and execution of strategic talent development programs.
• Identify key skills gaps and create targeted learning initiatives to address them.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, providing resources and support for employees' personal growth.

1. Adhoc Requests:

• Respond to ad-hoc learning and development requests from various departments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in L&D to introduce innovative approaches.

1. Evaluation and Feedback:

• Conduct evaluations and gather feedback to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Use data insights to make informed decisions and enhance future learning experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of 3 - 5 years in diverse HR generalist, operations, or systems roles preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
• High aptitude for system design or management
• Experience working in Excel or google sheets to track and analyze data preferred
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on excellence.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
