About the RoleÂ
Glassdoor’s Talent Management team defines how our employees understand what success looks like, how we reward and recognize performance, how we think about career development and advancement, and how we create robust succession plans to ensure business continuity. The team uses data to make decisions, and views everything they do through the lens of equity and inclusion. The Talent Management Manager will focus on leading Glassdoor’s key talent management processes, including performance management and promotions.
What You’ll DoÂ
- Own the twice-annual performance review process, including project management, communications, and stakeholder management to execute the program.
- Drive operational excellence in the performance review cycle and align systems, practices, and tools to Glassdoor’s pay-for-performance philosophy.
- Enhance and train leaders on performance calibration tools and best practices to equitably assess performance across the organization.
- Design and implement a talent review process to assess high potential talent across the organization.Â
- Collaborate with DEI teams and ERGs to implement practices to drive equity and increase diversity and inclusion efforts in our talent management programs.
- Develop frameworks and execute initiatives to shift Glassdoor culture to one of continuous feedback and development to maximize employee growth, performance and potential.

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary Range*: $131,866 - $164,832Â

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.
Annual Bonus Target: 10%
**Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews
Generous Restricted Stock Units (RSU):Â
***Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, RSU grant awards are presented bi-annually to exceptional performers.
Health and Wellness: 100% employer-paid premiums for employee medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability, select well-being programs, and 80% employer-paid premiums for all dependents.* Generous paid time off programs for birthing and non-birthing parents are provided, along with paid injury/illness leave and paid family emergency leave.
*Coverage begins at the start of employment. After 48 months of continuous employment, 100% of all premiums for you and your dependents can be employer-paid!
