Responsibilities:

• Actively sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and social networks.
• Implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Utilizing diverse channels to build a comprehensive candidate pool.
• Pre-screening candidates through resume reviews.
• Sending recruiting emails and following up with potential candidates.
• Assisting in coordinating interviews and providing support throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Have 1+ year of experience as a Researcher/Sourcer.
• Have at least an Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Have experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, and be familiar with Boolean search.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Take a proactive approach to generating new ideas and innovative candidate search methods.
• Have a sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines.
