General Summary
This position will be responsible for the first stage of the recruiting process. The role will identify and attract talent to Murata Electronics and business units by looking for potential candidates and building talent pipelines for current and future needs. This individual will use their knowledge and experience to perform sourcing activities and select top caliper candidates, ensuring a positive applicant experience.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers by sourcing and identifying targeted pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with talent acquisition to source for all levels of talent across the company and multiple operations, including technical talent.
- Persuade candidates to consider a job change and assess whether the candidate is qualified for the role and fit.
- Monitor applicant tracking system to ensure candidate progression is being tracked.
- Offer an extraordinary candidate experience to all potential candidates, developing relationships to engage candidates.
- Promote our employer brand and generate excitement about Murata when reaching out to potential candidates.
- Seek creative solutions for building talent communities while optimizing the use of available resources.
- Assists with additional recruiting activities on an as-needed basis.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-5 years' experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist or similar role.
- Ability to creatively source talent utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Software, Boolean search logic, associations, social media, and internet searches.
- Experience in building, cultivating, and sustaining networks of qualified, passive candidates and creating mechanisms to effectively manage a candidate pool.
- Ability to interact with a range of personalities to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with SuccessFactors a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Excellent project management, written and oral communication skills.
Travel
Up to 10% domestic travel.
