Tax Senior Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

• End to end tax returns preparation and filing, - ITR, EWT, FWT, WTW, FBT and others
• End to end preparation of Global Tax packages such as Tax Forecasts, Year end Tax packages, and Tax True Ups
• Proactively prepare various schedules and working papers for BIR audits
• Manage vendor accreditation approvals.
• Assist in the review process of ITR, EWT, FEW, WTW, FBT and others
• Monitor and ensures that monthly tax reconciling items are booked on a timely manner. Request approval from AI Controller on long outstanding recon items.
• Assist during the reconciliation of Compensation tax for the current year (returns vs. books) pre-requisite for year-end alpha listing for employees.
• Supervise LGU tax/permits processing (Annual/Quarterly (PEZA 2% TAX)/ as needed – for closed/new Accenture sites)
• Oversee file maintenance for tax returns filed and applicable working papers
• Review/certify correctness of BIR form 2306 on a monthly basis (Foreign Vendor and Trading partners)
• Others – adhoc reports, POC for projects/initiatives.
