Your impact
Teaching Assistants (TA's) play a critical role in teaching Correlation One’s virtual Logistics and Supply Chain training program. The TA commitment for our program will be for the duration of 17 weeks. TA's will be expected to support synchronous sessions as well as provide asynchronous support to Fellows to ensure their comprehension and learning. TA's will support ~25-30 learners in their learning as they work toward completion of the program.
We review applications on a rolling basis and expect to make all hiring decisions by March 25th. Please note that applications and roles are filled on a first come first serve basis.
A day in the life
- Join us for our program launches, which will take place on the first day of the program, where you will introduce yourself to learners.Â
- Attend 4 hours of classes per week for the designated program:
- Supply Chain & Logistics 4.0 (CAN) Program Dates (April 5, 2023 - August 2, 2023):
Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm ET
- Supply Chain & Logistics 4.0 (CAN) Program Dates (April 5, 2023 - August 2, 2023):
- Provide 3-4 hours of individual office hour sessions for learners each week. You may set these hours within our parameters, for your convenience.
- Work with fellow instructors/TAs and our team on ways to improve learner experience (Note: you will be paired with a fellow TA to support a cohort of learners)Â
Your expertise
- Degree in a Logistics and Supply Chain related field and / or industry experience in a Logistics and Supply Chain related role; post-graduate and research work at top institutions are also strong pluses
- Familiarity with the following topics:Â Inventory and Warehouse Management, Logistics and Transportation, Distribution Networks and Distribution Management
- Experience in mentoring or supervising if no prior teaching experience
- A desire to support students in upskilling their careers into data roles
- Empathy, flexibility, patience; passion for working with diverse learners who are new to content
- Prior teaching experience at any level is a plus
- Outstanding team and people management skills
- Proficient in Excel
