Who you are
As a Team Member, you're generally responsible for senior level administration tasks to support the direction and strategy of the Facilities & Equipment team. This position is essential to helping the team perform efficiently and will require organization, energy, multi-tasking, and a willingness to support the team while remaining flexible to change.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years administrative, office management or facilities management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products; ability to learn and navigate Oracle
- Ability to prioritize and manage requests from multiple leaders; strong relational skills and ability to anticipate needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, Responsible, Dependable and Detail Oriented
- Self starter, motivated, team player with the ability to prioritize work
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt and incorporate new and changing policies, processes, and technologies
Bonus skills and experience
- Restaurant industry experience
What success looks like:
- Providing accurate and timely reports to the Facilities & Equipment team from various databases to assist the team in strategic decision making.
- Administrative support for Facilities Management, Tests & Rollout & Planning & Operations leadership teams
- General calendaring and coordination of schedules; booking of virtual and in person meetings
- Scheduling support for team meetings, events, travel etc.
- Creating and processing expense reports
- Assist with technology and administration (SharePoint, Teams, Smartsheet, DocuSign)
- Maintain various databases as needed
- Assist leadership with special projects as requested
- Day to day team support and other duties as assigned
