Job Description
This role will focus on a several key aspects of the organization, such as helping to drive integration projects, create clear integration interfaces, help to design and provide tools for simplifying integration, scalability, …. In this role you will gain a strong understanding of our products and become a technical expert of our products.
This role will report into the Engineering Manager , and will work with a team of engineers, supported by a project manager and QA manager to follow up on, and successfully complete the client integration projects technical evaluation, planning, design, architecture., and implementation.
- Lead and mentor a small team of functional software engineers dedicated to developing our integration platform.
- Utilize best practices to architect and design a platform for seamless integration between systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand the platform's requirements.
- Foster a culture of excellence, promoting best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct code reviews and implement quality assurance processes to maintain code integrity, reliability, and adherence to best practices.
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in functional programming languages (Haskell, Scala, OCaml, Lisp, or F#) and .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core).
- Strong understanding of integration platforms, protocols, and patterns (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, message queues).
- Experience designing and developing software architectures for distributed systems and scalable integration platforms.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for learning new technologies and new programming languages.
