Target location: We prefer candidates to sit on the West Coast for this particular role. Since we are dedicated to being a remote first company, this position can work anywhere in the United States. Target Locations: Remote US
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to the customer
- Engage with client organizations to effectively position Google Cloud Platform and/or AWS solutions
- Serve as a pooled customer advocate during the customer(s) lifecycle with DoiT International
- Providing technical guidance and advice on existing DoiT Customers overseen by DoiT’s Account Management Team
- Leverage DoiT Engineering team for Customer's technical challenges
- Work with your customers on cost optimization (e.g. FinOps), architectural and security reviews
- Identify New Workload opportunities DoiT can assist with
- Build and maintain relationships with cloud partners (GCP/AWS/Azure) to provide a seamless experience for customers
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment - Mandatory
- Experience with AWS or Google Cloud
- Ability to work independently and establish yourself as a trusted advisor with Technology companies
- Ability to quickly learn, understand and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions in the cloud technology space
- Confident presenter with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to rapidly prototype proofs-of-concept and technical demonstrations
- Ability to speak and write in English
