This role sits at the intersection of advanced technology innovation and end-to-end product leadership, driving the creation of mission-critical communication solutions used in highly demanding environments. You will lead the conceptualization and delivery of new product initiatives, transforming emerging technologies and complex operational needs into scalable, market-ready solutions. Working closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders, you will define technical direction while ensuring alignment with broader organizational strategy. The position requires strong systems thinking and the ability to translate real-world use cases into robust technical architectures. You will oversee the full product lifecycle—from feasibility and design to launch and adoption—while actively shaping roadmap decisions. This is a high-impact leadership role for a technical product expert passionate about innovation in secure, resilient communications systems.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will own the technical vision and delivery of advanced product solutions, ensuring alignment between innovation, engineering execution, and business outcomes.

  • Lead end-to-end conceptualization and definition of new product initiatives based on emerging technologies and customer requirements
  • Own the full product lifecycle for selected solutions, from technical feasibility and design through development and market launch
  • Define and manage technical product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with engineering capabilities and strategic business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies for integration into product ecosystems
  • Document technical strategies, system requirements, and solution designs while driving cross-functional alignment
  • Support engineering teams during implementation, providing technical guidance and hands-on problem solving where needed
  • Drive roadmap evolution across technology, business, and operational dimensions for end-to-end delivery
  • Build and strengthen cross-organizational collaboration across product, engineering, and business units to maximize reuse and efficiency
  • Contribute to continuous innovation and improvement of product strategy and solution architecture
  • Requirements:

    This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong product leadership experience in complex, systems-driven environments.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
    • 10+ years of experience in product management, product line leadership, or technical product roles
    • Strong background in wireless communications, networking, RF systems, or related technologies
    • Proven ability to translate complex operational needs into scalable product and system architectures
    • Experience influencing and aligning cross-functional teams including engineering, product, sales, and business development
    • Strong systems-level thinking with deep technical aptitude and architectural awareness
    • Experience working in defense, aerospace, government, or mission-critical technology environments is highly valued
    • Familiarity with tactical communications, mesh networking, command-and-control systems, or ISR technologies is a plus
    • Ability to research and evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into product strategy
    • Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical depth and business context
    • U.S. citizenship required and eligibility for or possession of active U.S. Government SECRET clearance
    • Benefits:
