This role is a client-facing leadership position responsible for managing and delivering the successful implementation of digital banking and fintech solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through platform training, workflow assessment, and custom configuration. The position requires a combination of technical expertise, process-oriented thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure clients achieve seamless adoption and operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and incorporate emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance client outcomes. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with opportunities for occasional client site travel. Your contributions will directly influence client satisfaction, adoption, and long-term success.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of digital, onboarding, and lending platforms for clients, ensuring smooth adoption and operational readiness
- Conduct client consultations, training, and workflow assessments to facilitate effective platform use
- Provide hands-on support for system configuration, testing, and issue resolution, including root-cause analysis during implementation
- Mentor, develop, and guide high-performing implementation teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to optimize documentation, analysis, and operational workflows, improving client support efficiency
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, decisions, and implementation procedures for internal and client reference
- Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to management while ensuring data integrity across systems
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of banking or fintech experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of online banking, onboarding, and lending platforms, as well as operations support management
- Experience with AI-assisted tools and emerging technologies for documentation and process optimization is a plus
- Proven ability to lead client meetings, mentor teams, and manage complex implementations
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheets
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with strong analytical, process-oriented, and time management abilities
- Annual salary: $100,000 – $115,000 USD, with cash bonus and equity options
