This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Product Manager – Senior in the United States.
This role sits at the center of product, engineering, and commercial operations, focused on optimizing and evolving a mature platform that supports critical customer and business needs. You will be responsible for driving product decisions that balance stability, performance, and commercial value in an environment where prioritization and tradeoffs are essential. Acting as the primary product owner, you will translate cross-functional input into clear requirements and actionable roadmaps. You will partner closely with engineering, support, and sales teams to ensure delivery of high-impact improvements while maintaining platform reliability. This is a role for a product leader who excels in operational excellence, backlog discipline, and ROI-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in ensuring the platform continues to deliver strong customer experience and sustained business value.
Accountabilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, continuously refined, and aligned with business value and customer impact.
- Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on ROI, customer needs, retention risks, operational efficiency, and technical sustainability.
- Serve as the central product liaison across engineering, support, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Translate business and customer needs into detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to enable efficient development.
- Support delivery execution by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while actively removing blockers.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to guide continuous improvement and decision-making.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and lifecycle decisions, ensuring balance between maintenance, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally on mature or legacy platforms.
- Strong ability to prioritize backlogs, make tradeoffs, and drive disciplined product decisions in constrained environments.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering, support, and commercial teams.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse teams.
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, veterinary, or regulated industries is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on ROI-driven product strategy.
