Technical Program Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Program Manager to join our Engineering Project Management team here at MNTN. The ideal candidate will have an extensive track record in success in the Agile & Project Management space and be capable of building and leading software development programs. You will support our teams by defining program plans, high-level goals, monitoring/tracking and communicating progress.

You will:

• Be the bridge between various software teams and drive collaboration tasks across teams for project delivery
• Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional/cross-team projects and lead all aspects of assigned project delivery
• Organize and track jobs, clarify project scopes, proactively manage risks, manage project escalations, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve
• Define, design and build the way of driving these projects and constantly find ways of improving this process in a data-driven manner. You'll be the owner of the collaboration process and tools
• Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs including executive and key partner communications
• Coach and lead the cross-functional teams through agile methodologies

You have:

• 5+ years of program/project management experience working with software teams in an agile environment
• Designed and/or participated in building out program-level processes for cross-team projects
• A strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and other agile development frameworks
• The ability to mediate between competing product and technical priorities; align priorities and goals through collaboration with Technical Leads and Product Managers
• Excellent communication skills, as well as an ability to build relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration between people and teams
• A proven track record of getting things done/shipping projects
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where self-motivated, autonomy and self-decision making is needed and being able to juggle between multiple projects/tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) is required
• A background in Ad Tech, or client-facing SaaS platform preferred
• Certified Scrum Master or other Project Management certifications are a plus
