Microsoft's Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Capacity, Supply Chain & Provisioning ( CSCP ) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth. Our mission is to deliver the world's computer with an industry-leading supply chain. CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain plannin g and execution , capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.
The Technical Program Manager, along with the CSCP's Strategy & Transformation org, are utilizing web3 innovations to build the world's largest distributed supply chain network. Through the convergence of blockchain-based technologies and Microsoft best-in-class products, we are bringing together suppliers and partners to meet core supply chain needs and systematically drive operational efficiencies and revenue growth. Our group won the 2021 Gartner Power of Profession Award and the 2023 Treasury & Risk Alexander Hamilton Award thanks to the near real time visibility, accurate financial transactions and enhanced compliance the solution enabled. Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ Year Experience in Integration usage and development, experience in B2B data exchange (such as EDI), with skills in documentation, debugging, problem-solving, and quality assurance for seamless JSON API integrations
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
- Effective communication, project management, and organizational skills for effective partner collaboration and multitasking.
- Leadership and adaptability in dynamic environments, with the ability to nurture stakeholder relationships and steer project success.
- Problem-solving acumen for complex integration challenges, a commitment to quality, and a continuous learning mindset with Azure DevOps experience preferred.
Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.

- Establishes and maintains relationships with CSCP partners
- Directly manages partner onboarding process from Test to Release and any issues brought up during
- Provides status reporting to the program management team on partner onboarding progress
- Ownership of the entire partner onboarding process and drives efficiencies and value through it
