What You’ll Be Doing:Â
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the Founding Senior Technical Program Manager. In this influential role, you will have the unique opportunity to establish the program management function within our tech organization. As a senior technical program manager, you will champion critical technical and cross-functional programs, ensuring their seamless execution and successful delivery. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of defining, strategizing, planning, and executing large-scale technical programs that solve complex problems within our technical organization.
- Ensure the highest level of quality in project execution, consistently meeting or exceeding our high standards and delivering accurate results according to specifications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to drive and achieve the objectives of the programs, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Work closely with engineering leaders to align technical roadmaps, identify overlaps and synergies among multiple projects, and ensure program objectives align with the organization's goals.
- Develop and implement robust processes for the tech org including planning, cross team initiatives to help foster continuous improvement and efficiency.
Salary range:Â $165,750-214,750
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:Â
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management with a bachelor's degree in computer science (startup and healthcare experience is a plus but not required)
- Proven experience in successfully defining, planning, and executing large-scale technical programs, preferably in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of technical program management methodologies and best practices.
