Job Description
A Technical Program Manager Intern leads the development and implementation process for products and services typically involving large, complex cross-functional implementation with multiple internal teams or external partners. A Technical Program Manager Intern also designs and drives programs and/or product changes that address customer needs and business priorities.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
- Must have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the internship
- Must be a National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) participant
- 1+ year(s) experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
- 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)

Responsibilities:
- A Technical Program Manager Intern identifies opportunities for implementation of features through analysis of customer and market signals; Solicits feedback to understand customer experiences with Microsoft's products and services; Integrates product usage, product telemetry, and service data together to identify patterns, generate hypotheses, and inform a plan.
- A Technical Program Manager Intern partners with Software and Hardware Engineering to design architecture to complex technical needs and integrate customer solutions to technical needs for a feature; Ensure needed telemetry is developed
- A Technical Program Manager Intern collaborates and coordinates across teams to ensure alignment on product/service development, management, and release, including tradeoffs, adjustments, and improvements.
- A Technical Program Manager Intern supports internal and external technical partners and/or architects to represent technical solutions to customers.
