Technical Program Manager - Reporting & Metrics
Job Description
The Capacity, Supply Chain, and Provisioning (CSCP) Strategy and Transformation team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to develop and manage the reporting and workflows needed to properly manage supply chain transformation portfolio. They will partner closely with Business Owners, Engineering PM leads, Technical Program Managers and Technical Solution Managers on a continuous basis to ensure the work of implementing a world-class supply chain is efficient and visible.ResponsibilitiesImprove ADO data visibility and enable the ability to radiate status through development and management of standard ADO queries and reports (ADO & Power BI) that both enable tactical working teams and provide executive dashboard reporting.
Build trusted partnerships across business owners, engineering program managers, architecture team and change leads to champion the standardization of project management capabilities.
Streamline and simplify the capture, management, and visualization of change management work and status.
Research and educate internal partners on industry leading / best in class solutions in portfolio performance management.
Provides input, documents requirements, designs and delivers PowerApps workflow automation and reporting of various project status capabilities.
Work across stakeholder groups to define the portfolio measurement requirements including the calculations, systems of record and reporting definitions.
Identifies, analyzes, and prepares risk mitigation tactics to the delivery of assigned work.QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience developing PowerBI reporting
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar program
- Candidate should have the ability to think strategically and drive prioritization and trade-off decisions at a global level.
- Demonstrated ability to create processes, procedures and communications that can be used to maintain an efficient project portfolio.
- History of developing trusted partnerships, collaborating across teams, coordinating multiple timelines, and managing complex, cross discipline projects.
- Functional knowledge and experience related to supply chain including planning, execution, and provisioning processes.
- Knowledge of common industry methods, processes, and tools used to manage and develop business processes and metrics.
