What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of project management experience, leveraging agile frameworks in fast-paced dynamic environments
  • Proven leadership experience; leading, motivating, and enabling senior IT professionals to reach career success and the goals of the business
  • Experience operating business-critical applications, addressing failures, managing upgrade / patching schedules, downtime, and implementing correction to prevent reoccurrence of issues
  • Experience leading development initiatives from start to finish, including setting and meeting timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Interpersonal skills to work well with multi-functional engineering teams addressing conflicts and critical issues
  • Demonstrated action oriented experience in agile environments and capable of multitasking based on priorities to deliver under pressure with minimal supervision

We'd love to see:
  • 1+ years of people management experience
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Prior experience in FinTech
  • Hands on software development or in .NET infrastructure experience
  • Working knowledge of SQL / relational databases, DevOps automation, Design Patterns or AWS/ GCP
  • Experience developing APIs or machine learning
  • Ability to work in US Eastern Time Zone hours

Impact You'll Make:
This role will directly support the Sontiq line of products which include a SaaS based platform, mobile application, Salesforce integrations, and management applications. We are an agile, high-performing team looking for team members who can help us elevate our development practices and maximize our use of cloud-based technologies for scale, performance, and resilience. You will have the opportunity to identify and support best practices, drive results, and work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Manage several scrum teams as they deliver high-quality, secure, scalable production code
  • Manage project delivery and timeline for key projects
  • Manage, mentor, coach, and motivate the team members to perform at the highest level
  • Partner with application and business stakeholders to ensure high quality product is developed and released into production
  • Align development teams to meet strategic goals
  • Play a strategic role in the build of state-of-the-art application/infrastructure systems with the high emphasis on security and scalability
  • Ensure engineering best practices through agile development, automation, infrastructure as code, robust application monitoring, resilience, etc.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architecture and Information Security to specify and document solutions and practices
  • Keep abreast with evolving threats/risks, industry trends and work to implement best practices in the organization
