What You’ll Bring To The Team:
As a vital member of our Professional Services team, you will play a crucial role in integrating external platforms with Florence-owned systems for both new and existing customers. As a Technical Project Manager you will assume responsibility for implementing our standard and custom integrations within specified timelines and budgetary constraints. This role requires strong communication, organizational and leadership skills, while upholding our customer-centric values. You will be expected to excel in collaboration, adeptly engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure aligned expectations and successful project outcomes.
You Will:Â
- Lead technical integration implementations as the face of Florence and owner of the customer relationship.Â
- Develop and manage project plans, communication strategies, resource allocation, and processes.
- Define project responsibilities among stakeholders and escalate projects to leadership if deadlines are at risk.Â
- Lead customer discovery calls and design sessions to gain a deep understanding of project requirements, identify potential risks, and effectively communicate these insights to internal teams for discussion and approval.
- Effectively convey technical integration details to non-technical customers and stakeholders, facilitating clear understanding and alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with the product owner to ensure customizations are scheduled appropriately with developers.Â
- Update internal stakeholders regularly, managing expectations and ensuring projects remain aligned with organizational objectives.
An Ideal Candidate Has:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (required)
- 5+ years’ experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions, preferably in Healthcare IT
- Strong leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with developers and vendors to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Be a friendly and helpful resource to our customers while still meeting deadlines and delivering on commitments
- Demonstrated experience implementing complex technical integrationsÂ
- Proficiency with PMI methodology
We’ll Be Extra Excited if You Have:
- PMP certification a plus
- Familiarity with Florence solutions
- Knowledge of Clinical Trial Best Practices
