Job Summary: 

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical projects related to our retail operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects in the apparel industry, focusing on retail operations enhancement. 
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met. 
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report project status to senior management. 
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables. 
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven project team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing. 
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices implementation. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the apparel or retail industry, with a focus on retail operations. 
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Experience with SAP systems is considered a plus but not mandatory. 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
