Technical Project Manager, QuickFrame

Reporting directly to the Director of Program Management, the Project Manager for QuickFrame will be the connective tissue between our Product and Engineering teams and is responsible for ensuring best and healthy agile practices and delivering on time, high quality product features. You will partner with our Sr. Product Manager and Head of Engineering to help drive product initiatives over the finish line.

QuickFrame is a fast-growing company and our culture is true to our name. While developing a strategy for project management that aligns with our Product Roadmap and business goals will be critical to this role, the Project Manager must also be excited about executing in a quick and efficient fashion and make adjustments on the fly.

You will:

• Manage your teams' project scopes and timelines to ensure forecasted deliverability
• Identify, track and remove blockers and delivery dependencies
• Engage and assist product managers, UX designers, developers and QA engineers to ensure work tickets are properly articulated, prioritized, and detailed
• Conduct agile ceremonies, including sprint plannings, story refinements, daily stand ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives for your team
• Work to develop and track metrics at the developer and team level to help deliver consistent velocity value
• Help build and maintain the scalable Jira processes within your team and be thought of as a Jira subject matter expert. We want you to help us with building cohesion within and between product and engineering teams
• Help build an environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it

You have:

• 3-5 years of experience in the role of a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager within an agile environment
• Experience managing projects for customer-facing features, working with UI/UX teams
• An understanding of Scrum, Kanban and other agile development frameworks
• The ability to track, monitor, and report on projects and deliverables
• Strong organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) is required
• A background in Media Production, or client-facing SaaS platform preferred
• Certified Scrum Master certification is a plus
