KBR's Science & Space Business unit is hiring a Technical Sourcer to join our high performing recruiting team! This position will be remote, but will require occasional travel to KBR locations, career fairs and other locations as needed.

This exciting role will be responsible for sourcing and identifying diverse talent for a variety of Science and Space programs. The Technical Sourcer will work closely with our Recruiting Team and Hiring Managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies. Depending on business needs you may also be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting when needed.

We are looking for someone with a continuous curiosity to learn and grow professionally and personally.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Collaborate with Recruiting Peers and Programs to source, identify and hire talent across various disciplines and skillets, i.e., Clinical Psychologist, Neuropsychologist, Certified Licensed Social Workers, Project Managers, System Engineers, Software Engineers, Electrical Engineers, etc.
• Leverage internal and external recruiting data and market intelligence to develop sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Utilize existing and/or new sourcing techniques and resources to effectively source and advertise utilizing all media outlets and our automated applicant tracking systems
• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to its fullest capabilities to accurately track and efficiently move candidates through the hiring process
• Participate and attend Career Fairs and Hiring Events to include Industry, Military and College events and fairs
• Follow OFCCP and all other regulations to ensure KBR is being fair and complaint with our recruiting practices

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 + years of experience sourcing for technical roles or full-life cycle recruiting
• In lieu of formal education 8 + years of sourcing for technical roles or full-life cycle recruiting
• Ability to navigate applicant tracking systems
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, be a team player willing to pitch in as needed, be adaptable to change, able to multi-task, and work well in a high pressure, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Prior experience sourcing and/or recruiting in the Aerospace, Defense Industry and Government Contracting
• Prior experience with Workday and Phenom CRM
