Job Description:
Red Carrot is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Analyst to provide critical technical assistance and support for a social media messaging contract supporting SOCSOUTH. The Technical Support Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of advertising exchange analytics tools, social media content dissemination platforms, and related technical systems. This position requires strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support both technical and social media-specific requirements.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for advertising exchange analytics tools and social media content dissemination platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, including identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with contractors and internal stakeholders to integrate and optimize technical solutions for social media messaging campaigns.
  • Assist in the configuration and setup of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) licenses for social media content amplification and advertising.
  • Support the creation and delivery of technical reports and documentation in both English and Spanish.
  • Ensure compliance with security and performance standards, especially in handling classified material at the Top-Secret level.
  • Serve as a technical resource and point of contact for social media-related inquiries and issues, providing timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media messaging strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Social Media Managers and Marketing teams to implement and optimize social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Analyst or similar role in a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of advertising exchange analytics tools, social media platforms, and content dissemination technologies.
  • Experience with troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media best practices, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Analytics, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are advantageous.

Additional Information:

  • This position requires eligibility for a Top-Secret security clearance.
  • Candidates must be able to work on-site at Homestead Air Base, Florida.
