Technical Support Engineer
Job Description
Are you a Troubleshooting expert? Do you know Windows 10 like the back of your hand? Do you have strong Microsoft Office 365 skills? If yes, then you could be Fiveskyβs next Technical Support Engineer.
What youβve done:
- Provided Level 2/3 Hardware/OS/Desktop Migration Support
- Dissemination of knowledge, procedures and documentation for products and projects
- Develop and evolve strategies for various technologies to address changing needs
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 issues including a strong understanding of the operating system
- Document processes and knowledge articles for other support teams
- Used your communication skills (Verbal & Written) to liaise with different departments.
What you will do:
- Assist in the planning and execution of technology deployments
- Ability to create step-by-step instructions aimed at end users
- Ability to support users of all levels in a professional manner
- Ability to communicate and write professionally by all methods (email, phone, text, etc.)
- Documenting processes and knowledge articles for other support teams
- Ability to create step-by-step instructions aimed at end users
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the Windows 10 environment
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows 10 issues both software and hardware related
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Must be organized, innovative and able to self-motivate
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines with attention to detail
- Strategic and creative mindset
- Able to work alone and as part of a group
- Must be able to perform tasks in a timely manner and provide reporting

- SharePoint
- Web Design - HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Jive
- ServiceNow
- PowerShell
- Jira and Kanban board experience (Agile)
- Mac experience
