Project Role Description
Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

The Work:

• Design, implement, and manage Intune, SCCM & MECM;
• Manage Windows 10/11 Autopilot/OS deployments, application packaging & and distribution on a worldwide scale;
• Troubleshoot all aspects of Intune/Configuration Manager effectively;
• Maintain performance and health of Intune/Configuration Manager deployment;
• Create task sequence and troubleshoot task sequence failures;
• Create technical documents, knowledge articles and SOP's and other deliverables;
• Resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, execute changes in accordance with published standards and processes;
• Lead problem ticket investigations and recommend viable workarounds and preventive measures;
• Represent Accenture in delivering high quality services for our clients.
