Job Description

You will act as the primary liaison between technology and the security, risk and compliance teams.  Develop risk based reporting and communicated out risk and compliance related performance.  Establish engagement models.  Work to establish standardized risk tracking and collateral repository for Technology in support of our security, risk and compliance partners.  Assist key stakeholders in achieving their risk and compliance related requirements.  Work across teams to support both internal and eternal audit and exams. Lead and manage small to medium sized projects as needed.



Qualifications

Required qualifications for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work related experience
  • Have a base understanding of risk management and its various applications 
  • Have a background in business skills, 3+ years project management or management, and performing data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent time management, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adaptability, flexibility and open to change (positive or negative) and to consider variety in workplace
  • Working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Ability to act diplomatically solving people and business issues as well as the ability to influence and lead resources across all areas of an organization
  • Team player, cooperative and displays can-do attitude
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office



Additional Information
  • Facilitate Top down and bottom-up transparency to the prioritization and status of risk related activities.
  • Identify, mitigate, or assist stakeholders to remediate identified risks in partnership with leadership.
  • Ensure Compliance, Audit, and Internal Controls alignment (Security, Risk & Compliance)
  • Provide a framework, process and procedures that enable risk management.
  • The use of repeatable best practices to enable quality assurance and outcomes that aligns with organizational value propositions and customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking, analysis, and reporting for organizational and cross organizational risk requirements and status.
  • Foster continuous improvement and innovation to evolve technology risk processes.
  • Standardization: Establish, refine, and implement templates, maintain risk artifacts, strategically aligned prioritization processes, data.
  • Centralized Knowledge Repository: Documentation and training repository that house Delivery best practices, delivery models, process documentation, templates, engagement models, etc.
  • Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Define metrics for measuring project performance and utilize data to identify delivery continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate the strengthening of relationships, across technology, risk and the greater organization.
  • Review, measure, and report performance on compliance.
