Your Responsibilities • Build and nurture positive relationships with AT&T customers in Southern New Jersey and the surrounding Philadelphia area, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Act as a knowledgeable resource for customers, providing clear and concise information about AT&T's products, services, and promotions. • Proactively identify and address customer issues, working diligently to find effective and timely solutions. • Manage customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct. • Collaborate with your team to share insights and best practices, contributing to a supportive and productive work environment. • Maintain a thorough understanding of all AT&T offerings, staying current on new products and service updates. • Educate customers on the value and benefits of AT&T's services, helping them make informed decisions that best suit their needs.
