We grew significantly in January and are looking for a team of short term Customer Care Specialists to help us catch up on our customer inquiries. This is a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk using a library of responses
- Escalate customer issues to Team Leads as needed
- Represent our values of positive, proactive and transparent in all of your communications
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer-facing support or communications role
- Schedule expectations: Full-time, 40 hours weekly for 1 month duration
- Must have personal laptop and high speed internet access
- A clear communicator with solid written and oral communications
- A motivated, positive, proactive, and transparent attitude and ability to jump right in
This is a temporary hourly role that will be paid $20/hour
