About the team/role
Tessera Data is looking for a Senior Revenue Systems Analyst to oversee the architecture, implementation, automation workflows, and ongoing maintenance of the systems and tools that comprise our Go-To-Market (GTM) tech stack. In this role, you will report to the Head of Revenue Operations, and collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, Operations and Enablement teams. This partnership will enable you to understand each department's business needs and deliver appropriate systems solutions.Â
What you’ll do
- Being the business owner and overseeing the entire GTM software stack, including, but not limited to: Salesforce, Marketo, ZoomInfo, ChiliPiper, Gong, RingCentral, Outreach.Supporting marketing automation systems (i.e. Marketo, Hubspot) in partnership with the Marketing team to own lead/contacts upload, contact list segmentation and enrichment, funnel workflows, and channel attribution reporting.Establishing and maintaining GTM reporting processes.
- Managing projects related to implementing new systems and process improvements.
- Creating and documenting standards, guidelines, and operating procedures for admins and end-users.
- Collaborating with Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and Sales Enablement teams for new product launches and process changes.
- Conducting regular audits and quality checks on the data within the GTM tech stack to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identifying inefficiencies in the system and proposing automation solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual workloads.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on GTM sales tools in meetings, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Supporting end-users through training, workshops, and ongoing assistance to help them utilize the GTM tech stack effectively.
What you bring
- 3+ years working experience designing and implementing systems and infrastructure at a tech startup
- Strong SFDC and marketing automation platform experience (preference to Marketo)
- Ability to sift through lots of information and see the pattern
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Can work independently and drive projects to completion.Â
- Self starter that can build from the ground up
- Effective collaboration with key stakeholders (marketing, operations, sales, enablement)

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The salary range for this role is $85,638 to $178,250.
