Test Data Management Analyst

This role is focused on enabling high-quality testing through the design, preparation, and management of reliable test data across enterprise applications. You will work closely with application and QA teams to understand data requirements and ensure test environments are properly supported with accurate, compliant, and timely datasets. The position plays a key role in improving testing efficiency by optimizing data provisioning processes and leveraging modern test data management tools. You will also contribute to initiatives around data generation innovation and test environment readiness. The environment is collaborative and detail-oriented, requiring strong coordination between technical and testing stakeholders. This is a contract opportunity ideal for professionals experienced in test data strategy and tooling within complex IT landscapes.

• Design and support test data generation and management processes to meet application and QA team requirements.
• Analyze data requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications for test environments.
• Prepare, generate, and upload test data sets to support various stages of testing activities.
• Monitor and ensure test environment readiness, including submission of readiness reports and validation of data availability.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up for test data needs throughout testing cycles.
• Analyze migrated or transformed data to ensure accuracy and alignment with test requirements.
• Maintain and manage test data assets and related test ware across environments.
• Contribute to improvements and innovations in test data generation tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Test Data Management or similar QA/data-focused roles.
• Hands-on experience with test data management tools such as CA TDM, Informatica TDM, Delphix, or GenRocket.
• Strong understanding of test environments, data provisioning, and QA processes.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate requirements into structured test data solutions.
• Experience collaborating with application teams to clarify data parameters and technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data validation and preparation.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and QA stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote contract environment.
• Must be a US citizen, Green Card holder, or H4-EAD eligible (no third-party arrangements).
