Tester

As an FAA Repair Station Tester Technician you will be responsible for completing the tasks association with each work record, which may include but are not limited to:

• Checking Paper work and confirm units' information from Customer P.O.

• Disassembling units IAW OEM C.M.M

• Conducting functional test on the units

• Over pressuring the unit IAW C.M.M.

• Conducting pressure release valve test

• Placing units on stabilization/ air retention test

• Removing the hose and cylinders from units

• Sending hoses to Valve Shop to perform hydro test

• Checking the air pressure of the units

• Conducting light test

• Checking Test Work Record Form is sign for Technician and Inspector

• Placing Test Work Record Form in Inspection Office and fill out Log Book

REQUIREMENTS:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent

1. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

1. Experience with hand tools

1. Aviation experience a plus
