Job Description
As an Examiner you'll research ownership history of various parcels of land by going through public records and other sources to verify that the title package was set up appropriately based on the findings within the abstract and state regulations.
About the role
Review and manage a high-volume queue of orders for residential and/or commercial loans
Consult with abstractors other examiners underwriters and the Title Clearance team to provide a clear marketable title
Consistently meet minimum production goal numbers and quality metrics
About you
2+ years of title examination title clearance and/or title abstracting experience
Must obtain and maintain Texas title license
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively including differentiation of requirements between multiple clients and loan types.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $22.50-$45.50. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus incentives and other employment-related benefits including but not limited to medical dental and vision benefits 401K retirement plan and paid-time off.
