Total Reward Program Manager (reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards)
Location: Remote - USA or In-Person located in Durham, NC

As Program Manager/Chief of Staff you will support the total rewards organization through this multi-faceted position. This role will partner closely with leaders throughout the organization to identify, nominate and select individuals for the annual chairman's award, support events and meetings, as well as special projects throughout the organization. This role will need to navigate the ecosystem of Labcorp, anticipating needs, delivering communication, creating presentation materials, performing ad-hoc research, and building business cases for rewards proposals for senior leadership including the executive committee . This position will report to the Vice President of Total Rewards and will work closely with other members of the Global Rewards Leadership team .

Responsibilities Include:
- Program Management of the Chairman's Award - overseeing event planners and working with the divisions to identify, nominate and select annual awardees
- Creation of agenda and presentation materials for all-hands meetings
- Collaborate closely with team members to anticipate and deliver on communication at the appropriate level of detail as needed by stakeholder
- Perform ad-hoc research requests
- Developing compensation and benefits proposals for senior leadership including building financial models to assess costs of alternative scenarios and outlining the business case for proposed actions
- Acting as a liaison between the VP and their direct reports
- Assisting and supporting the VP in preparing for meetings, including preparing meeting materials, keeping track of meeting progress and follow up items, and preparing and revising correspondence and other documents, as necessary
- Managing sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Managing special projects within Total Rewards, and at times collaborating with project managers and key stakeholders to deliver specific results and serve as an escalation point for project issues
- Proactively identifying and resolving conflicts as needed
- Creating and dispersing communications, and at times collaborating with external communications consultants
- Performing compensation and benefits modeling
- Running reports and communicating results within Excel and/or PowerPoint presentations
- Performing additional tasks as needed
Requirements Include:
- BA/BS or comparable experience
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Advanced computer skills, specifically Excel and Powerpoint
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Experience leading or taking part in complex projects
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and exercise independent / sound judgement
- Working knowledge of financial terminology and ability to actively utilize financial tracking systems
- Compensation / Benefits experience or training desired, but at minimum, must possess an interest in learning
