Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Traffic Engineer, we'll count on you to:

• Perform complex traffic engineering tasks and exercise sound engineering judgment
• Prepare PS&E documents, traffic impact analysis reports, and other related documents
• Function as technical specialist or project manager within a team-oriented environment
• Supervise and train other professionals and technicians as needed
• Contribute to technical growth of the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years traffic engineering experience including design
• PE
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
• Strong verbal and written skills
• A commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in designing traffic signals or ITS
• Hands-on experience with traffic analysis software
• Experience leading tasks and training junior staff
• Interest in marketing
• Engagement in professional organizations
