Role Summary:
The Training Manager will identify and continuously evaluate training needs for internal and external customers on product features, functionality and usage. The Training Manager will design, plan, and execute training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with product, sales and customer success before preparing course materials to ensure a detailed understanding of training subjects and processes
- Continually research methods and techniques for customer and workplace training and remain up-to-date on developments within the industry and competitors
- Administer data collaboration after the completion of training courses to determine the effectiveness of training strategies.
- Create Learning database and training library curriculum
- Create printed and instructional materials to be distributed during training
- Create product integrated materials
- Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training employees and customers
- Collaborate with teams to create internal and external marketing materials to be distributed throughout the company to announce training programs and details
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role is naturally curious, has an appreciation for collaborating with others, and synergizes teams to deliver outcomes through active listening!
Must Haves:
- 3+ years experience analyzing customer needs, lesson planning, development and implementation
- Prior or current healthcare experience
- Extensive knowledge teaching theory for creating effective creating instructional materials
- Bachelor's Degree required(Focus in Education, Human Resources, or Healthcare Informatics strongly preferred)
- Instructional experience in a group business setting, preferably instructing/teaching a SaaS product
- Proficient using Microsoft Suite
- Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
- Experience developing yearly training plans and materials for all departments throughout the company
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously

- The salary range for this position is between $80,000-100,000 per year including a yearly discretionary target bonus incentive & equity
