The Opportunity
Comprehensive Finance, Inc. (CFI), an OrthoFi company, is a financial technology company offering payment solutions for dentists and other healthcare providers including plastic surgeons, ophthalmologists, audiologists and other specialists. In this Training Specialist role, you will proactively engage new customers to deliver on-boarding and training over all CFI's software and services, including Compassionate Finance, Abella and Accept Care. Training Specialists devise our customer training curriculum and assess its outcome through data-driven decision making. Responsibilities include planning, developing, scheduling, delivering, and evaluating client training programs that target both new and existing customers. They are goal oriented with the customer experience always front of mind. They manage each training as their personal project, and follow the customer through a measured adoption period to ensure proper system understanding and usage.
Key Duties:
  • On-board new customers via phone and web-based trainings
  • Ensure training programs are updated and effective
  • Deliver custom training options for clients based on their needs
  • Host re-training / advanced training for existing clients
  • Proactively follow-up with customers after training to ensure adoption
  • Work with technical writer to develop step-by-step work instructions
  • Understand what drives adoption and increases in customer utilization
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
  • Track product adoption and training success metrics in Salesforce

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree, and / or 2+ years equivalent work experience in end user training, customer success, or sales is required
  • A strong desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation skills, professionalism, and poise. Plus, you like to do this!
  • Experience with CRM systems, google suite, and / or Microsoft office
  • Aptitude for building rapport and trust among others quickly, and others love to work with you
  • Results Oriented, demonstrating creative problem solving and innovative thinking
  • Professional / Adaptable communication skills to effectively interact in person, by phone or email
  • Excellent work planning and analytical skills is a must; ability to prioritize based on business need
  • Ability to work independently with strong understanding of leadership, conflict resolution, problem solving and selling skills

Compensation: $50,000K - $55,000K/annually
