In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience:
Must have experience which has provided a practical knowledge of travel industry rules, regulations, and procedures. Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Japanese. Must possess skill in dealing with the public. Must be well-organized, accurate, detail-oriented, professional, and courteous. Must have cash handling experience. Must have computer experience and the ability to learn the e-ticketing process. Experience in retail sales which has provided a technical knowledge of salesmanship is highly desirable.

Condition(s) of Employment:
Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tier 1 background check. May work an uncommon tour of duty to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
