Fidé is currently seeking a LPN with LTC experience for a 13-week contract in Windsor, VT.

Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 1+ years of current LPN LTC experience.

• Current VT RN License - compact allowed (PA, OH NOT COMPACT)
• Current AHA BLS
• **ANY OTHER CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED WILL GO HERE**
• Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
• Drivers License
• EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
• Final RTO
• Resume
• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Hours Per Week: 36

Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

On Call Requirements: (IF PROVIDED, IF NOT, WRITE IN TBD)

Travel Hourly Pay: $16.00

Travel Stipend: $946.80

Travel Weekly Package: $1522.80
