Travel Nurse RN - Manager - $3,826 per week

Job Description

Responsible for the management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on the assigned unit(s).
Management of human, fiscal, material, support and systems resources while achieving and maintaining the goals of a unit or department.
Promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers.
Supports associate development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.
Direct accountability and reporting for one or two cost centers, three if span does not exceed 70.

Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or Centura-identified 'float zone'.
Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with Centura policy.

Teamwork and Collaboration: Function effectively within nursing and inter-professional teams, fostering open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making to achieve quality patient care.

Ensure appropriate staffing plan matching competency with patient acuity.
Focus on patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement in alignment with unit/department goals.
Involve associates in decision through shared governance structure.
Develop and maintain relationships with associates, physicians, and patients.
Promote professional development to improve associate retention.
